The person that invented the iPAD, might not have known the works of every component he had used to combine and create this ingenious device as far as I am concerned. So? If I tell you that Einstein had no inkling of a clue about the existence of DNA and he therefore couldn’t live accordingly or think accordingly, does that make any difference to any established facts or to his genius? It’s ok that the tanoim thought of the world as flat, or perceived the stars as specs of light hanging from wheels, and that they believed in half living creations, and in mare maids. It’s ok. They lived in that time where they didn’t yet know a 100’th of what we know now. Its not that they have a smaller intellects than you, they simply don’t know enough facts. They have never spoken on a phone; heard music downloaded from the internet, or read a newspaper. It’s ok that they have no clue about the nervous system or that muscles and ligaments are responsible for movement, they have never had any basis to build that knowledge on. Actually, I read a bio re Newton's life written by a famous non-Jew (Galbraith?), who asserted that Newton's beliefs were 'very similiar to that of rabbinic Judaism'.

Personally I have read the Science of God I would be interested to hear if anyone can argue against him. Although be warned its not the easiest read.
