Comment of the Week

Comments by Apikores Al Ha'Esh and Bishrirus are awarded 'Comment of the Week'.
August 2, 2011
By Unpious.com Staff Writer

We hereby award “Comment of the Week” to the following intriguing/funny/spot-on comments posted on Unpious this week. Feel free to recognize your own favorite in the comments below!

Apikorus Al Ha’esh: the minute you free yourself from the framework that judges you based on a very narrow definition of suitability is the minute you start loving yourself more and feeling more secure in your skin. You don’t have to give up religion or faith or the higher power in order to do that.

J: I asked Professor Wiesel what might seem a very trite question… I asked, “can a person be happy after the Holocaust?” Without skipping a beat, he replied very quietly, “superficially no, profoundly yes.”

Bishrirus: This highlights the importance of not merely fleeing a restrictive situation, but also fleeing into a lifestyle that you have developed interest in.
